As children, many of us learned to use basic watercolor techniques on simple landscapes in school art classes. Although this workshop will review and use most of these basic techniques, we will be breaking down the watercolor landscape boundaries and will let our imaginations go!
This workshop is for all levels of watercolor enthusiasts and for those with no experience. We will explore:

  • How to cultivate creativity – it’s about ideas!

  • How to let your paintings evolve

  • New effects with familiar tools

Dolores Rowland holds a BFA in Painting from Colorado State University. She creates her own work at Studio IX in the Fort Collins Museum of Contemporary Art, showing and selling her work in several galleries.
